Cherries can also help lower the levels of uric acid. A significant level reduction of uric acid can be noticed 5 hours after eating a bowl of cherries. Another natural remedy involves taking two or three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar alongside half a teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda three times a day before every meal.
